any difference between early phase 1 starter m and phase 2

does any1 know if there is any difference between the phase 1 starter and the phase 2? as my starter sounds like a renault 5 gt turbo starter when it turns over the engine

only difference is who makes it, valeo, paris rhone or if you have a real gen a mitsibishi starter.

All do the same thing.
