I just had to post this. Its part of Team Polizei in Italy I think...this team are a bunch who do the rally dressed up as coppers and pull people over and stuff. They are mad drivers, but the policeman in this footage is even MADDER than they are, as shown when he decides to escort them through traffic filled roads down various narrow streets...not for the feint of heart!
