the article suggests the traffic police andacpo have been informed of the findings.. they have tested the HID and analysed them, its a good read,not bad for £1.80.

Oh well, they stay for now until i get told off for them... else they'd be a huge money waste!

im fairly certain they are legal up to a certain brightness of bulb i can remember but its either anything over 10k or 12k thats not allowed. Anything lower is okay
