Door trims

Not exactly mechanical i know but i recently purchased some phase 1 door cards from winston (cheers pal!) and i need to fit them to my phase 2 valver.

Is there any way i can successfully swap the inserts without butchering either the new door card or my old inserts? I ripped one of the old ph1 inserts off and tore it in the process and found a load of glue holding it on which doesnt want to come off!

Just tear it off gently and glue the new strip on, its card so if you are careful you'll be ok, had them off mine fine before
