Is this the stuff to go for and what stuff would you use for the gearbox, semi or fully?

Thats the stuff to go for, although I can save you a massive amount on those prices as we only sell Millers fluids.

I would also put fully synthetic in the box if your going to the trouble of actually draining out the old and putting new in.

cheers mark, ill be ordering some of that stuff off you soon, what oil, engine and gearbox do you reccomend I go for, im generally driving it to work everyday and a few track days a year as well, change the oil normally every 4k, gearbox yearly?
