    Bottom Radiator Hose

    any 1 no how to fit the bottom radiator hose or no somewhere to get it done cheap on a williams mk1 phase 1?

    It's a bitch.

    But can be made easier by pulling the rad forward... do this by removing the slam panel from the top, then you can lean the rad forward a few inches at the top... You will need to remove the bonnet aswell to remove the slam panel, which is easy, unless you prop it up instead.

    Jack the car at the front and do it from underneath.

    Lube the ends of the pipes with a little fairy liquid and water.

    I can't remember where the small hose goes off upwards and in to... Long time since I did this on a mates car.

    But it is do-able, it's quite easy just fiddly, and expect some bleeding wrists.

    it's easy if u remove the rad. remove the slam panel. for extra room tie some rope to the bonnet and allow it to open as far as possible before it hits grill/bumper. disconect the fan and temp sensor. remove hoses from rad. lift rad and fan out together, remove hose/s from engine. refit is reverse
