disabling cobra alarm

im goin away on holiday for a few months , so will be tucking the williams away.

im gonna take the battery off but need to disable the factory cobra alarm, i have an alarm key but kind find where it goes?

ive got a switch under the glove compartment not sure wat that does, but could someone just point me in the right direction on where the alarm key goes so i can disable the alarm

the key hole is under the bonnet, on the back of the siren under a black cap.

i did have a look under the bonnet before but could not figure where it was

The switch will put the alarm in valet mode.

it should be fine if you do that and then disconnect the battery.
