Stuck Spark Plug

The williams has crept up another hidden suprise which is great.
Spark Plug 1 is stuck solid. Number 2 was real stiff to get out.
Number 1 is requiring alot of force and im worried for stripping the thread.
Is there anything i can do? Or just try my luck with more force.
Is there a chance it may be hydrolocked due to some oil leaking down there?

not sure it will help - but see if the hot engine helps free it off ???

Tried it when it was hot as well.
But i heard thats not good for the thread due to the metals having different contraction rates.

just nicked the head off summys williams and dont tell him :D quick swap he will never known lol
