is 15K miles use over 18 months on a second hand set of springs ok would people say??? and are the springs black? with different coloured bits to show what are the front and what are the rear?

You won't have any trouble spotting the difference between the fronts and the rears, trust me.
They are black yes, with colour markings to distinguish them, Williams/172 are white/white.

hmmmm looks like the last pair i had in 2006 have lasted 5 years... and seeing as im such an arse, are all mark 1 springs the same?? be it a 1.9 diesel to a 1.2L ?????

hmmm part numbers ive got for a 16v williams spring is Part no. 25.A83.0

and another number ive got is 25.A84.0 ??????
