Cliosport lets you modify a post for up to 15mins and i think that is a good option.

I dont see why we all have to be punished for one persons actions.

When all said and done all someone can do is hide what they have typed, hardly a massive thing is it, whats the worst that could happen.

northy has already stated the reasons why it was removed, and as pointed out it takes all of a minute to read over what you have typed before submitting it.
