Annoying noise

Had this problem on my car (Clio 16v) now for quite a while.
Basically when you floor it, it sometimes gets to about 4k revs and makes a massive whistleing noise, which sounds like a party blower thing lol.

Doesn't seem to affect power or anything like that, just very annoying!
Could this be an airleak or something?

I have a standard airbox, and ive tryed two different standard airbox's and they're both the same.

Its not a slight whistle, its actually quite loud

maybe its a turbo
