I prefer 449- its more of a richer colour, and has a pearlescent tint to it. Sometimes looks purple, sometimes looks blue.
The later 432 seems to look a non metallic colour to me.

on my 432 valver it is hardly dull
you can see the purple fleck bouncing all over the place
i had a few comments at shows that people have never seen that colour pop so much
I personally think 432 looks more purple, and mine does show this quite a lot when the sun shine on it. Think it also seems like quite a strong metallic colour too. Just depend on the paint job I suppose, age etc.Originally Posted by nyk
exactly, mine had a full paint job not 5 months ago so the colour is very rich and my sprayer friend put like 8 coats of paint and 12 coats of laquer to give a really thick coat and allow for any flatting and buffing from minor scratches later on.
Some you look at in 449 that are weathered and never recieved a coat of polish in their lives can look crap, same with any colour.
That was my hybrid with silver willy wheels and yet it's 432 monaco!
I thought it was the 449 that was the more metalic blue and the 432 that is pearlescent! Goes from blue to purple when the sun hits it at different angles etc!!!
432 is the best!
432 looks more purpley to me, 449 just looks err blue lol
449 is purple/pink a lot more than 432.
