I made a petrol Williams years ago...

I took the shell of my Tamiya electric car...and made it fit a Kyosho FWD petrol chassis. Was the dogs!!

As far as im aware the Kyosho FWD chassis WAS the only FWD petrol one...things may have changed in the last 10 years tho!!

I was just going to keep the willy as an electric car and just get some decent rally shells and jap shells for the petrol one - fancy making it into a retro drifter

i have a silver 1, and a blue un on its way.

iv got a traxxas nitro buggy, .12 few trick bits......pain in the arse in all honesty. electrics the way forward . no blowin glow plugs evry 5 mins, strugglin to start it, fukkin about with fuellin etc, plug a batt in n go. having had a few words with me mate, he flies model planes, an upgrade to brushless motor, with some smaller higher powered batteries would make em really shift he reckons.

After rebuilding this one today and having a damn good blast I must admit it wouldn't take much tweaking to make em silly quick
