    NO DRIVE ATALL BUT !selects gears fine! HELP

    My williams 1 has got what i think is a serious problem but let me explain!

    Start it up, depress clutch engage gear and release it and we have NO GO it is as sweet as going through all gears and the speedo is climbing too. But no drive what so ever to the road wheels.
    What i'm prob gonna hear is a new box is req eh!
    Possi diff or could it be jus the clutch has shredded on me!


    Has this happened to any1 els please give me any advise :D

    what number williams is it dood?

    Sounds like the diff circlip, although i thought this didnt happen in the williams boxes, only in the "weaker" valver boxes.

    Must have been given some serious treatment to do it on a willy box.

    95% your popped your diff circlip.

    New part from renault and about an hour to fix it if you know what your doing.

    Trust me mate i think if i tried to do it, it would probably take me the best part of a week to do. :P
