    Running hot....

Just wanted to check, as its the first time for a year my cars had a long drive at high speed in the heat....

Oil Temp at about 110-120 Degrees C and Engine temp gauge sat at about 1/2 - 3/5's up the gauge is normal when doing 80-90 for between 60-90 minutes....isnt it?

Gravy, I needed to top the oil up, so added some high viscosity synthetic.

Bloody english weather, i get used to the heater wheezing like asmatic running uphill during the winter and then its too hot in the summer

dito, high oil temp and water. solved the oil temp a lil by running some engine flush oil and then put some new fresh synthetic. driving steady in the heat the oil never goes above 100!
