my manual doesn't even have a section for the willy (c57m) engine, just the valver. does anyones?

I've got the normal Clio manual which covers models up to the 16v, and then theres a seperate 8-page booklet dedicated to the Williams. It recommends 15W40 or 15W50 for external temperatures of min -15°C, then varying grades for lower temperatures right down to 5W40 or 5W50 for -30°C.
So yes it should be ok according to the chart, but no real need unless you live on the Shetland Islands lol. Think I'll stick to Mobil 1 Motorsport for now.

I'll scan some of it if you want, nothing particularly astounding but interesting none the less. The chap I bought the car off said the booklet was pretty rare, I've never heard of them but doesn't sound like he was far off the mark.
