Williams VS Subaru Impreza WRX VS Civic Type R (04)

Driving along an undisclosed motorway this evening to see my sister for her birthday, I had Northy riding shotgun and Wayne in the back. Driving along at a nice 80 going past a car in the outside and notice an Impreza rapidly closing in on me, so I get past the car and he tucks in on my arse and rides it for about a mile. At this point I accelerate in 5th and he makes a move into the outside sharpish, I dropped a cog and floored it as he was almost past me and at this point the momentum shifted from him to me. I slowly shifted back ahead and it held for a second or two, so gave a quick glance over, the guy was just staring ahead as I started to comfortable pull away. He was on his own, but i'm not sure if he'd just left it in 5th, but I'm assuming he was game as he'd been sat on my arse and pulled out very quickly when he tried to get past... he also jumped off onto the next exit rather sharpish after seeminly being humbled

On the way back, again, me 3 up and a Civic Type R is sat on my arse, que Northy with the camera... but the dood just stayed there... after a bit he decides to pull out and comes flying up along side me and stayed level, I gave a quick glance over and so did he, but turned away as I was trying to tell him to go... there was a truck in my lane... he did a bit then stopped and I went flying past, by which point we are fast approaching a rather sharp banked 50mph limit corner. I'd started to chill by this point to about 80 and this dood comes absolutely flying round the outside well out of the proper line and cant quite maintain the speed. At this point I'd already shifted down a couple of gears and started to close in having the straighter exit out the corner. I go flying past again and leave him for dead. It then went to one lane for a bit so he followed closely and when the exit came it was third gear stuff and he got well and truely smoked... oh yeah, he was 2 up as well. He was still following when we came to a set of lights and he had a perfect chance to line up along side, but instead chose to sit behind me and try to keep up well, I got an okay start and left him for dead again before going home. All in all a pretty fun day. Northy has some camera phone footage against the Type R and me taking a bend a bit quick... unfortunately no one reacted to getting the Scooby race in time... which was unfortunate as he looked a bit unhappy about it
