hello all, a little cosmetic help needed...

here is the car i am going to pick up today, how do i go about sorting the notorious rust on the rear arches people???

here is a pic of what it looks like, its not bad... but want it perfect. you can see it starting to bubble on the rear arch...

a sanding down and a bit of paint do you think, it snot bad.. but i still dont even want a bit of bubbling.... develop in to a nasty rash! lol

Sand the paint back then get a wirebrush on it to get rid of the ingrained rust. You could use zinc primer under the paint which holds back the rust a bit better.

also remove inner panels and treat with dinitrol from inside as they usually rust inside out
