Was having lots of connection problem with williamsclio for past few days.
So I tried this:
Changed my firefox browser's proxy to 216.12.200.106 port 3128 and it seemed a little better. Try that if you're having connection problems.
Explanation:
I think the williamsclio host is based in Dallas and servers in that area seemed to be having problems.

The proxy I changed to is based in Houston and that seem to make the connection a bit better.

Yeah, pretty much totally screwed over the weekend. Seems OK now, wonder if it will stay this way.
Maybe should switch the hosting over to UK instead. Won't guarantee better uptime, but at least there's local support that you can hound when it's down.
