Sorry valvers you can't touch a willy in 4th and 5th - I just can't get over how different it all is after the middle of third - I love valvers but the willy is in a different league after x mph...

Thought to myself today for a spilt second i might have a slow williams so I did a quick check.. limiter, 5th, flat part of m61 = 142mph on clocks

Wouldn't mind knowing what that actually is in its true mph but I know this - I need a chip! think the car was even pissed off it had to slow down!!

hehe it's nice to hit the limiter in 5th once ot twice but then the novelty wears off and you want 7k limiter lol

142mph....nice! I could only hit 138mph in mine with the standard limiter, so it may have been chipped. What does it rev to?

You sure its 142?! as my 16v hits the limiter in 5th at 142

no its standard chip as I keep bouncing off it in 1st and 2nd - can't get used to it being so low yet!

Yes it was 142mph deffo on the speedo - when I get chipped i'll rig up the gps for an accurate reading..

+ thts without hitting the limiter lol

think i only hit the limiter twice with the cams etc in...once was racing bejesus an northy an a few othjers on way to somewhere.other time was with gunner in car...was a fair way past 140 on both occasions lol..

around 140, maybe just over was 6.9k....thats with a gunnerchip
