    Front lights

Can you fit non hydraulic lights to a Williams?

Would it save weight and expense?

What are the points of the hydraulics?

Must admit I have never really looked at them really closely , but I know mine has cables feeding into them.

Yeah they are the 'hydraulic' lights, not the manual ones

Nah mate, those lines are actually hydraulic and it's a sealed unit so if you break one side you have to replace the whole lot.

KS, the only weight saved would be from the lines and the bracket on the light, hardly worth it.
Point of the hydraulics is to allow in-car adjustment.
