Its probably due to it running RWD or something.
Nice custom, inlet and exhaust manifolds though...
The turbo is MAHOOSIVE!! Hope he has got some kind of ALS in there or the lag would be horrendous.
What car...no idea. Looks cheap from the plastic grills and wiper mount.

My bet is that it is a Renault 5 Alpine turbo. I think you guys call it a Renault 5 Gordini Turbo
Edit: The place where the windshield wipers are mounted dosent look like a R5 anyways. Maybe a R21 otherwise i haven't got a clue.
