topic reply notifications

how come i dont get an e-mail saying that someone has replied anymore?

it suddenly stopped on about thurs/fri

double check you have.

you normally only get a message saying you have recieved a pm.

thats odd if im only ment to get them to PM's because ive been getting them to topic replys when ive subscribed to a topic.

for example, when i create a new topic, or click "watch this topic for replies" at the bottom i used to get notifications saying that somenone had replied to that topic.

thats right - and its stopped doing that now ?

check that the messages arent going into your spam filter.

thats the 1st thing i thought of, but i've checked and there's no sign of it going into the spam filter. it'sl being sent to a hotmail account if it makes any diff?

could it be that ive got 2 many subscriptions at one time?


also, how come only admins can post in the guides section?

lol, ive never checked the new sections that were added - hence peoples privaliages have not been sent.

check your spam filter mate

i think ive sorted it now northy, i think i must have blocked the address somehow, however ive un blocked it now.

i've also tested the guides section and can post in there now, so thats sorted too.
