Mine seems to be ok at the minuite...altho only had it for a couple of months! Can see problems with the software tho!

mines fine, the g/f is on her 2nd one but not cos of the joystick
this one is a bit buggered now though so she might need another

my joystick dont work properly and the camera doesnt work at all, i have dropped it more than a few times tho so some faults to be expexted...

Dropped mine loads of times, think the joystick gets clogged up with dust and shit from work.
Only gripe about the software is that you can't search through music by album.
Got my first one replaced free, have to pay £15 now, or send it off to sony.....sod that i'll pay £15 and get my phone tomorrow lol
