Slow rising window on the passenger side usually means my car is about to throw an electrical tantrum pretty soon.

    slow windows

My leccy windows in my old car was slow, I had a new motor put in and that made no difference at all!! I found that the best thing to do is get some back to black and put a straw on the end like a can of wd40 and spray it directly into the window rubbers. leave for 10 minutes then put a cloth over yor finger and push it into the rubbers and just wipe the residue away inside or if you've got fat fingers put the cloth over something thin and use that. now when you wind your window up the rubbers are slippy as f**k (ever got back to black on laminated floor think how slippy that is!!) and hence the glass has no resistance and the motor can push the glass up quicker. easy.

Yep, mine are slow too. Passenger more than drivers though.

Gonna take the door cards off and spray some silicone grease into the runners, see if that makes a difference.
