    Brake damage help

Here's the pic of my brake disc thats been damaged. Aparantly the garage said one of the caliper carrier bolt has come undone and damged the disc! This does not make sense to me as the damage is on the inside of the disc. It looks to me more like one of the extender bracket bolts has caused the damage, by the way that it lines up with the disc. Would anybody be able to confirm this with me, with the pics of the damage show? Cheers, Matt

dude its the caliper extender bracket bolt that come undone. if you look donw the disc , (from top with wheel off) youll see that the conversion plate has the extension fitted to the carrier the opposite way to the way its conventionally done.

    your garage sucks

heres a pic with the carrier with extnesion

the thread you can see is just the top bolt to mount on hub

Sorry about the slow reply lads...cheers for reponses....
After a good chat with Justin, we've concluded that it is the extender braket bolt...as I first suspected. The garage said it was the caliper carrier bolt! Spoken to the garage and they said they always use locking fluid on the bolts, so won't take responsibility....K-tec said it's not there fault..cos they send the bolts unfitted! Either was I'm pissed of with trying to get either side to pay, so i've just bought the whole kit again, but this time i'll fit em myself! [-o< Thanks again for all your help
