Try making one yourself from some clear perpex that is the same thickness of the original.
Use the original as your template. You will need a slight bit a heat to get the bent return bits, but shouldn't be too difficult.

I thought at first the bulbs where orange but then realised its the orange filter which makes the lights orange.

be warned theres another reason the dials are orange, they have an orange backing to them.
how would i get em to glow blue/white instead of murky yellow/ornage
