how can i get a windows media video onto my mobile ? nokia 7610

thats what i wanna put on my phone i can download it as a wma/quicktime/psphigh or ipod high ??

but once downloaded and sent to my phone they dont work can some 1 do it for me as i havent got a clue

if you click the bottom right hand corner the to arrow things youll see what i mean it shows you what you can download it as

save it as a wma then search for a converter to convert it to whatever format your phone supports

iv tryed just got very confusing not too good with comps
