    1.2 16v engine in a mk1???

    will it go in?? or any mk2 engine for that matter dont want owt to big though
    if it goes in what will need to be done?

    If you was to put a mk2 engine in try and get the 1.4 16v si or whatever that is called, it kicks out 98 Bhp

    I'd expect it'd physically go in as its a d-type but you'll have hassle with electrics to say the least!

    Why bother tho? You can bang in a 1.4e thats got more power and a damsite cheaper...pass that off as a 1.2 as well since theres 1.2e's...

    i duno what imdoin engine wise yet will av to see.....
    would ideally like a williams engine in bt u cant pass tht off as a 1.2 lol....
    well from hybrid to a 1.2 lol
    think al jus stick wi 1.2 til it goes pop lol
