ph3 ecus are hard to decode and most arent able to have immobiliser removed.

technically the power gain would still be there as if the pump isnt pumping anything it will have very little resistance so will be just like an idler.
still the easiest way is to get alternator...

assuming you want the wire to go across the live and the switched side of the coil i.e + and - on a conventional coil.
wires should be as follows
Pink and red- tacho feed
yellow- ignition...
