Does anyone have two rubber dust covers off the front struts for a clio mk1

Does anyone know how to fix a handbrake lever on a Clio mk1? The spring came and then the plastic bit came off, but i'm not sure if i've broke it. I've looked in the manual, but nothing is in there...
