Hi All,
After taking my willy out of dry storage (OMG the best feeling after driving a 306 1.9D for 2months) I have admitted defeat and accepted that my exterior temperature gauge wont fix itself...
i had the exact same problem, had to change the cable ratchet and whole new clutch!
good luck
That's really sad to hear :(
Look's like a time consuming job as well, nothing more depressing!
Pleased to see another Clio owner in bristol though :)
my willy 1 is on 108k, done 5k in the last year and been laid up since december so i'm really enjoying having her back on the road
I have had the exact same scenario happen to me as this guy :P
I'm currently having a new clutch fitted
Gleaming 2, heading up towards hospital hill, Trewoon going out of St Austell today at 4.30 ish
K-tec will do it for £155+ VAT, based down the M3 in Verwood
So it's that time of year and the willy has just failed on front discs and pads and front springs, apparantly they're cracked! All in all, could of been alot worse i guess!
So i've managed to...
Have you got any better pics of the bonnet? Does it have any stone chips?
its amazing what a bit of elbow grease can do, great buy, good luck with it!
