Are you in Morley then as I'm in Churwell?
Do you have a passenger grab handle and the top screw from the handle on the door?
Hi Phil, yeah you've got it in 1. I will keep patience and try and find the joining lip but it's not very obvious due to the sheaths being in the hinge for over 20 years! Thanks for your help.
Hello, i'm in the process of fitting new door pins to fix a dropped door but i'm finding it pretty impossible to remove the sheaths that the pins sit in. Has anybody got a technique for this?
I have 3 send me a pm me if interested, they are work in progress so no paint but are round and straight.
Hi now summer is on its way i'm in the process of finishing off any niggly bits on my Williams 2.
Does anybody have the following:
Pair of door cards in good condition with no dents or...
If you dont find one in good nick, i have a slightly dented but rust free one that could be refurbed.
I thought the same but it worked with mine after following this advice http://williamsclio.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?43579-Remote-locking
You'll need the receiver and key from a breaking car and then swap the metal part of your old key into the new one.
No idea on the engine price mate but where are you based as i'm after a few bits and pieces?
Welcome, get some pics up!
The glue is pretty hard so maybe a metal rule would do the job if you can prise them off enough to get behind them? They are basically cardboard with fabric so I would have thought if you do bend it...
Mine had become brittle over time so weren't holding for long, they may have just come unclipped over time but after a few pushes back down they deform and dont hold the trim down.
Yeah there are plastic clips that fix under the trim and then clip onto the small lumps in the recess, here are the ones i used:...
So cool
You can still get replacement roof trim clips, they sorted mine out a treat
If you want to make any money on it I think you'll have to keep hold of it for a while yet. How is the paint and mechanical side of things as that is where most of the money will go? The one that was...
Ok thanks p4cks
I'm going to have to pull out sorry lads, i'll be there just wont be displaying so will say hi!
You need a torx bit for those bolts, not sure about the screw though tbh
Open the front door and slide the door ones off towards the back but remove the screw first, rears is the same but pull them forward and theirs no screw. I couldnt get any clips from renault but you...
Ah your not a member which is why you cant view the thread. Mine had about 5 litres in it and it was fine, just make sure its level or drop the tank down with the sealed end first. If you click on...
Have a look through my project mate as I removed everything from under the car to seal it and gave the rear beam a refurb, theres not many pics of the tank removal though but its not too hard to do...
