Hmm I could do with a run about.
You sure the e-mail was from PayPal?
May sound stupid but a lot of scams work by sending you a spoof e-mail and getting you to log in then taking you to a dummy site. That way the scammers get...
Dude I was/Am in exactly the same position as you.
Sold the Valver and want to move on from Mk1's.
Looked at a 172 Cup and saved up £5k but was going to need another £1k loan to afford it...or...
Trust me Gunner, I did it and it was a complete twat. Loosend off everything, jacked the engine as high as I could and it still took more hacking and some serious twiddling to get the thing in. To be...
Bs. We're either talking of a different job or summat was wrong with your subframe. It's physicaly impossible to raise the engine enough to get the mount between the metal plate and the subframe FACT!
It was a mixture.
Bought 4x16mm from Renault and only 2 fitted, nabbed 2 that were already on the box (earth's) and used them.
It's a complete wanker to fit. Anyone who says it's easy is either talking shit or they have a different subframe layout/****ed mounts.
I got the air chissle out on that bastard plate and moved it...
Valver is 25mm lower iirc.
1.4 RT, stripped to fook, loads of engine work, white willy wheels, decked etc. Basicaly the Clio Rallye I've always dreamed of :p
Most money would go on the tools and replacing stuff I fecked up...
Blasphemy!
Sunroofs are one of the crappest inventions ever.
Standard for standard the GTi will be quicker. Just do the math. Simple.
Valver looks better, more aggressive and individual, 106 looks newer and more reliable.
Comma 5-40w stuff gave good pressure and performance. Didn't use much more than 10-40w either.
Good value for money too.
That oil + genuine Ren oil filter = best.
Dude, you're in the Southwest. Anywhere south of Bristol doesn't exist lol.
It might filter through in a few years time
Looks like a bit of fun for £650!
And it's got the Chris H touch so not a bad buy that!
Looking really nice that mate.
Looks well smart on the white turbines. Proper slag!
Makes me wanna get another valver
White's deffo a lush colour for them.
£7000? Wtf, is it smegma scrapped straight from Elton Johns bellend or summat?

Correction. Cars are for getting pussy
He's going to be gutted when some scrotum keys it!
Have to say the car does look uber uber mint!
Well there were around 5000 of them sold iirc and the reason there are not many about are:
1) Bastard to work on, so cost a lot to run = unreliable = people give up on them = they end up being...
172 Cup....yummmmmmmmmmmm!
God this car is lush!
So it should be pushing at least 210+Bhp if I'm on the right lines
A few ._O
Damn rev limiter lovers.
Should be ashamed.
Lol.
It is tempting and with the 172 Cup fund could probs make/buy a nice one.
BUT, I don't think I can go back to rusty arches, creaks and rattles, leaky sunroofs, cold fans and dodgy...
**** sake.
Anyone wanna sell me there fast Clio Hybrid for £2500? :D
1.6 8v Astra LS Estate, running about 65Bhp at the fly.
Plugs are a standard size non?
Some nice pics there. Some nice motors too :D
Makes me wanna buy a Hybrid now
