I have a 10 row mocal cooler and the standard clock shows 4 bar cold idle, 1 bar hot idle and 3 bar running after it's up to temperature.

I got two Sparco bucket seats and 4-point OMP harnesses which really made a difference to my driving...
I have an omp corsica and it has improved my driving position. Because of the larger offset I can push the seat further back and have my legs straighter.
I also have more leg room, which is useful...
I got the dogbone mount from an Ebay Shop called Energized Customs. It's just slightly cheaper than K-tec but the postage to Portugal was much cheaper than K-tec.
