Lovely, that another TAC aswell, Daniel 'Wobbanory' has a TAC too I'm fairly sure
If it's high idle after driving it'll be the speedo sensor on the speedo cable needing re earthing
I have a set of these and they are nothing like Williams wheels really other than that are round and have the same number of spokes........
however in their own way they're a nice wheel!
Standard engine build they'll be fine. Same as F4R rods basically
i seem to remember when I did mine I had to basically remove the dash, it was a pain but I just logically undid the nuts and clips etc holding it to the bulkhead until I could pull it out far enough...
try to source a second hand one, be wary though as a Williams 1 seat is different to a 2+3
no o ring i'm aware of on the water pump so wouldn't worry unless its some sort of aftermarket pattern part bodge, which I've never seen
there is a bracket, short one, from that sort of area to...
as above, Northrop sold you up the river in his first reply, there is a forth bolt on the front near the grill, which also attaches to the light itself via a small bracket so best of getting that off...
if its hacked up for cage and interiors incomplete, along with anything else none standard, its going to detract from the value imo
nice, that carlton is epic, pimped Vauxhall's were always on my radar as a kit, Dad's mates grey mk2 Sri 130 Cav was car I always coveted
good decision is good
also if its for a long term investment, they're only going to go up so stick it in a garage for a decade and it'll be worth double what you paid imo
as above really, be mindful of coverups over known prone areas, another is rear chassis rails to rear panel and front inner arches under the wings and splash guards. All areas easily hidden or missed...
Lol, cheers Chris but my dilemma already involves 4 Clios, 3 of which are 'run' lol! think the missus would actually put me on gumtree, free to good home, if I buy anymore!
nice, love a trophy
as above, its worth 4 times that as it stands tbh as its a one, regret would instantly set in if you sold and imo keeping her is the best bet
however, sell me it immediately ;-) lol!
nice work, looking minty fresh!
nice!
Tried different ecu?
Welcome!
Blimey they're a few quid, think I paid 25 quid a side from Renault few years ago, I'll be keeping them in the box to appreciate! Lol!
as above, I use the Halfords advanced small as well and as Gaz mentions, just stock up on a few when they're cheap
I have a spare set, in white with 195/50 tyres, falken's with good tread iirc
centre caps present
few scuffs, chips and brake dust on them but straight, true and no major kerbing etc
after...
Now? **** no, easily fixable but they were worth nothing at the time, I needed money and made a tidy amount off killing it. Still regret it though
All that lives is the plaque, which is stuck to my PC screen at work, I raise my brew to it each morning in memory of a steed fallen :(
depends how early the car is. Early phase 1 had separate sender and pump, later phase 1.5 (k-l plates) had all in one like the phase 2
best bet is to confirm which you have first before seeing...
I always found the magnex to fit just about the best of any aftermarket system tbh
I have a cat back powerflow exhaust that's been sat in the shed gathering dust for a few years.
will fit 16v or williams
looks a bit tatty, but tailpipe is still shiny and all good condition,...
lovely stuff
