for me the biggest difference between the two would be the torque a 2L makes compares to the 1.8.

I never driven a turbo'd 1.8 but had a N/A 1.8 and later a turbo'd 2L and the amount of torque the...

i have the same problem. engine cuts out at around 3k rpm. if i turn the key and restart it will do the same for aproxx 3 times after that it runs fluently.
