Well this W3 is still in my ownership (10.5 years) Just undergone a O/S sill and jacking point replacement. Sadly with little time and lack of space in the garage for other stuff this car will be...
Much prefer your font change on the number plate :)
Amazing machine =D>
http://williamsclio.co.uk/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=8773&stc=1I dug my W3 from a borrowed garage last Tuesday. Its been sat since Jan. Started up with no issues, warmed it up in the sun and...
Fair point and well spotted Winters01.
Certainly no attention to detail or research was done during this restoration. Not much for someone to put right though.
Its not looking good - MOT ran out July 2007, its untaxed. If it was declared SORN it might have been sat in someone's garage. Still could be suppose.
What?
Pm'd re hub
Would you be willing to part with the drivers front hub inc abs sensor, assuming it's working.
thanks.
I'm pleased that it's the end for this car. 2 people have had their pants pulled over this W3 just for some selfish Chunt wanting to make a few quid. Glad it's being put to good use chap!
Ohh. Sounds like Doms old car. Have a look in the Williams 3 register for history on this car.
Simply loveley
They only made a limited number and also a limited 1/12. They both quickly sold out so you will have to keep a keen eye out for one. There was a 1/12 on eBay recently.
I'm after a ABS sensor for my from drivers hub. Renault got me all excited a few weeks back as they suggested a price and availability but this didn't happen and I was refunded the £68 ☹️
I then got...
Hi Ben. I can measure my 2 Williams sill decals if that helps. Both are original so the measurements should be the same.
Good amazing dude 8-)
Thanks for that Phil.
Its possible the PS pipe is routed differently as the engine was out 4 -5 years ago. I'll certainly have another look at fitting the 4th mount. I bet it's a real improvement.
I tried fitting the 4th mount on my W3 but the
power steering pipe and bracketry got in the way?
any ideas?
Good Effort! You would massively regret selling it!
Thanks for sharing 😀
4starclassics have the perfect car for you Ben.........60k Williams 2
The latest copy of EVO mag has an article on the Williams. They drive 0001 around Wales. Well worth a read 😎
I bought one too. As discussed, the small is a perfect fit :winkey:
Personally I'd stick to a standard, but that's just my opinion. I have 2 Williams .....would I swap one for a dimma? No. I'd swap one of them for a PH1 16v in black tho 😎
Rust is is bad enough on...
Great to get this feedback. 😎
Hi paddy. Thanks for your input. The reasoning behind deciding that the head has not been disassembled is the fact that there's no markings on the torque bolts. Undoing them torques always leaves...
Hi Chaps.
I have a F7R engine that I was in the process of selling but prior to sale I discovered that the head has the core plugs which would indicate visually that it's actually a F7P head. The...
Hi Yoz. The car is available but looking a tad bare. It will drive onto a trailer of you want to collect.
Perfect but but now sold
Pricey indeed! The stalk is off andreas and ready to be posted :) Its like new :)
