I worked at Bentley for nine years as a design engineer in interior trim. I know the inside of your car inside out. There are parts in your photos which I designed. Including the retractable coat...
Spotted this on the back of an arctic going Northbound on the Staffs/Cheshire M6 yesterday evening. A bit odd as most of the truck was loaded with construction equipment, scaffolding, cement mixers...
I was told there was a limit of 20 miles you could drove to a booked appointment for an MOT but it seems that there's no particular set distance stated anywhere legally. If you got stopped it would...

0425 is due an MOT but has always had a de-cat fitted. I usually travel a fair distance to a nice friendly MOT tester who's a Clio nut and knows the car inside...

I've has this problem twice before on different cars. Both times it was the rotor arm, either worn or with crud on the tip. A nice easy fix. Both cars ran a treat afterwards....
this car seems to still be for sale so no purchase has taken place yet.....
Well, as a guide for a full restore, there are receipts for well into five figures for everything that was done to 0425. And that didn't include the mechanical labour either.... Gulp!
Yep, rained on Sunday morning. The rest of the ground wasnt too bad, just this stretch that got a bit muddy. I managed to get out sharpish so didn't get mud on the subframe!

Hi Mat, I don't suppose you have any Williams Speedlines at all?? Or anyone else who has a spare set???
£6,500 for a car with a minging engine bay, missing spoiler, and various other dubious bits?! That's more than 0425 went for and we all know the standard and effort which was put into that car....
Darren, was this by any chance, the "2" which you owned for a short while??
NOW SOLD - thank you :-)
I have this if anyone's interested, covers the Phase 1 1991 to 1993.
I cant seem to uplaod the picture onto here so here's a link to the post on Renault Owner's Club page.
It just needs a good...
Obviously doesn't need to sell it that badly then. Might have put slightly more effort in to the advert. And if they cant be bothered to put effort into a simple advert then they probably cant be...
Depends how excellent it is. Some peoples interpretation of excellent can be quite different from others!!
joy was premature......Renaultpartsdirect got back to me saying they haven't got any after all :-(
Nice one, thanks!! I wanted a brand new one so had given eBay a miss but Renaultgenuineparts.com had a brand new one so its on its way. Cheers fella!! :-D
I've just to get hold of a new oil pressure sensor from Renault today and they told be they're no longer available, not even from France :-(
Any ideas anyone?? Part number is 7700843236. Oh, and...
Has anyone managed to get hold of a new one of these from Renault lately??
This is the larger £70-80 sensor which operates the dash oil pressure guage......only my local dealer tells me they're...
Not been on here for a while....but yes,I'm lucky enough that I do! With or without the Williams sweatshirt ;-)
6225....and she's kill me if she finds out I've posted this too!!! Whoops...
most importantly....what number is it please?!!
shame about the oversized tailgate sticker and the wrong rear wiper though!!! ;-)
Twice now on a Monday morning at about 7am I've passed this standard looking Williams 1, driven by a chap with long grey hair and beard to match.
Anyone on here??
I'll give you a toot next time...
keep it standard, please dont ruin another Williams!!!
What utterly shit pictures. Some people really are clueless of how to sell things.
Where are you based Simon?? Only I live just a couple of miles from where you bought 0049 from and have a mint Willy 1 if you ever need any assistance....
