Are there only 2 feeds for the air box - are there other parts that plug into it and also where does the bottom feed go to get the best air intake?

I've noticed a few problems that i thought i'd ask some advice on.

I've just had my car in to get a diagnostics check and apparently it's come back with a ECU fault and a Patentionmeter fault (Where is this and how du spell it??).

I've just managed to get the rev dial working and the engine idling at about 2.5 on the counter. I replaced the red thing (fuel/oxygen mix) bit last week so had a fiddle with that to get it down but...

All sorted, dodgy wire connection into the coil. Strange one though - wire wasn't broken just kinda half shaven and a touch corroded - Are corroded wires quite common? Does it sometimes hinder...

Already looked at that, and it does flicker if you move the wires about so i think it's likely a faulty connection around the coil or possibly in the loom

Sorry, just assumed you'd be talking about the loom. On the coil, i've got a yellow, black and 2 pink - is this right?

I'm fairly sure the rev counter's not working cos of a problem here - but...

Where abouts does it come out of the coil? For example does it come out near fan motor off-shoot or earlier near the V split in the center?

Presumably you can then tune it a little by moving it up and down - cos the screws move a little on sliders, there's mibbie about a cm range?
