I think they vary - Mine is white I believe. Or black... One of the two, heh.

OK it now looks like this is the gear shift pole thingy hitting the catalyst heat shield.
It doesn't *look* like the gearstick has dropped, so really just scratching my head how it could now rub...
Hehe, nice one will do mate...
yeah figured that just really not keen on breaking it!
Yeah I think I'll do the same - this new one doesn't look as good as the original on there - it's a little smaller too...
The one on...
Anyone know how to do this?
I just bought a brand new one, trying to work out how to get it on...
The Z3 M coupe? Want one of those badly...
And a 1.9 for track days too... Guy's got half my dream garage....
Love those RS Twingo's BTW...
Awesome, sorted mate, thanks for that... Feels much better without the wheel constantly pointing to the left - A little disconcerting...
Thanks all!
Hmmmm... I'm clearly just weak...
Where were you hitting it? Is there a method to this I'm missing? Really stuck fast on there.
So I took off the centre bit, and using a 20mm socket undid the nut in the middle of the wheel, but no matter how much I try to budge it, the the wheel won't move at all - Feels like it's screwed on...
You don't need to take the wheel off to change the indicator stork.
Just look underneath the wheel and you'll see some (3?) screws - undo those and you're away.
The wheel is 20mm though I...
Ok so I've taken the cover off, undone the nut and still no movement - I'm missing the trick here methinks...
Thanks for the tips coops - very handy. :)
Haha.
What, do I just take off the middle part of the wheel? With the Renault sign on it?
That would be *brilliant*. If it's been welded in the past I'm not 100% sure - maybe it wasn't a very good job...
Fancy getting some pics up of the interior? :D
Yeah I'd heard as much regarding the handling... It honestly sounds like an awesome car, I bet you have a *lot* of fun with it.
I love the...
Brilliant, thanks mate.
Ta for the info.
I've got to get the springs changed on the front as it was lowered previously, so I guess I should wait to do that first too right?
Ah ok you think that'll be the best bet then... Haha... I like to think out of the box y'know.
What do you think the laser alignment would cost?
Sorry for the dumbass question mate.
That is MINT.... WANT.
Been thinking about what's next on the car list - I'll be moving from the Williams and was thinking 172 cup, and although this is certainly more than you'd pay for one of...
The chap I bought the car from had the steering column welded to fix the wheel movement issue common on the willy.
Unfortunately, he didn't have it welded when the steering wheel was centre, so I...
OK good to know... *Hopefully* though it *looks* like it might be sortable pretty easily...
Took it to the local independent garage and he jumped in for a ride - Listening to it, he rekons either...
Yeah I'm looking around now... Gutting.
How much do you rekon I'm looking at inc fitting?
I guess it's worth getting other bits fixed while it's in there - Hoses, Cambelt and the rest...
OK now feeling some resistance when putting it into 1st and 2nd gear... This is turning quite serious quite quickly...
Sorry sorry I should clarify - You can find pretty much anything you would on Torrents on Rapidshare too, and it's generally a *lot* quicker to download... You also don't need to worry about getting...
Speak to MatBrown - He's got loads of bits...
Best bet for the heat shield might be direct from Renault though... Bout £70 I think. :|
Haha, I said F-T-W...
Rapidshare FTW...
Y'know, was driving it again yesterday and I'm not sure that it...
Seems to be coming more regularly now... I think I'm gonna take it down to Renault and ask a technician if he wouldn't mind...
So what you're saying is, be on the lookout for a cheap Williams Gearbox ;)
I'll just drive it till it blows up then like you say so long as it's not hurting the rest of the car... Shame I have to...
That sounds about right you know...
How much do you rekon it would cost to fix it? Is it doing any damage to the car? Should I stop using it for now?
I just can't afford another big car bill...
Wheel bearing changed about a month ago, the other was fine (Had a Renault check when I got it), and the wheels - yeah maybe, but what could be the issue?
