it looks stainless and none standard to me, just not off the shelf stainless either. bores to big and theres a kind of flared/rolled look to the tip, none standard looking anyway :D

willy 3 is a valver shell, worth 20p tbh, i'd pay 7k for a 13k mile Williams 1, but never for a 3.
