Doing it by splines, im not too clued up. The way ive always seen done is pop the bar out.. push the wheels up as far as youd like them to then jiggle the bar back in once feeling for it to rest back...

mine is a daily drive, also doing the 2hour trip from uni to home on the regular. very loud (with mongoose) and a slightly harsh ride (lowered) but it is easily lived with; as soon as you get on a...

p.s you might want to speed it up to about half way to start seeing the car, lol.

Testing out my mates new dlsr with 1000 fps slow mo, of my car speeding past about 55mph.. its a shame flickr rapes the quality but you get the idea.
