Anyone know where I can get a starter motor for a Williams. I have looked on GSF Parts and they stock them for a 1.8 16v but not a williams and I know they fit different. Anywhere cheaper than...

Ok..... basically, managed to bump start the car with a mate, drove to get petrol. Started ok??? Then got the car to APD and Craig had a look. Tried to start it again and nothing, not even a click. ...

Ok, have checked terminals, cleaned of they are fine.

Also have been hammering starter motor and still not responding.... used a big hammer aswell :D

Will try bump start it, its deffo starter...

It is a newly put in williams engine.

Hadn't tried anything but relays tbh. As dash will be off on the weekend i'll have a look. Where would the alarm relays be?

Lol, it is a wierd ass sound! Yeah, I wasn't sure about the relays in the engine bay, I had a look and thought I should ask someone in the know first.

Lol your Mum is right! Just have fun with it while you still have it. Save the money you spend on polish and bits and just hybrid it like you want to! Much more fun bud....
