Yeah insurance is all cool they rang me today to say they are going to pay for it. But they still seem to think its a write off. :?

He accepts liability but until my insurance people have that in writing they treat it as a claim.

Not much damage to the rear just needs a new bumper and boot. Although the boot might be able to...

Matt they are just dealing with the payout/repair. But they treat it as a claim untill the other party accepts liablity

That’s around 1k to fix the cosmetics. I still need to get a mechanic round really to have a look at the engine.

Its number 317. The back bumper just needs replacing I think but I wont really know until I get back tonight. After hitting my car he reversed into a Golf behind him doing pretty much the same damage...
