Resurrecting the thread to ask the correct timing belt tension.. haynes states that midway the cam sprockets 100N of force should deflect around 3mm...but on dialogys it states the same numbers...
Another question...for the seal to be replaced should the plate come off or it is possible from the exterior?..as i see the plate has no outer lip in the shafts hole so i don't think it is needed to...
