Theres a slight click/pop from the pedal everytime i release my clutch pedal (only occurs at the top of the travel when being released), its also quite knotchy when cold?

They are a little bit grooved on the N/S outer part of the disc but the O/S disc is fine and the inside N/S is good too.

Checked the inside pads and they have oodles of meat left on them, are theyre any cleaning products available that can get any foreign crap out of the system?

With the soldering i do hold the iron and solder onto whatever your soldering and count to around 3 and that 99% of the time gives a perfect joint.

Get a decent iron...
