Bought my Willy 2 in 2000 for the pricely sum of 7K. about 20k miles on it, and now has about 60 odd I think.

Really want to strip it back to bare shell, and re-build bit by bit with new parts....

Anybody got any idea of where to get these, or if they come with a new rack?

Have to change out a PAS pipe due to a leak, and the fluid has knackered the bushes. So need a new set.

Any advice...

Also a the red throttle postion sensor? the sleeving on the wiring on mine has perished and is falling off.

Il grab pictures of what I can see. renault have taken a month so far to get me a pipe, and still have no pipe....

Can barely see the pipe starts/ends, havent taken the car apart yet trying to get the parts before I end up with bits eveywhere and no bits to put back in, I can try and take a pic of it in the car,...

You got the pas pipe that runs down the back of the rad? Mine popped! after rubbingon the fan housing.

Common issue of these things is a noisy pump.

Could always try flushing the system and putting in some new fluid.

best thing to do is get rid anyway cause they are not worth the hassle. Do it before it really packs up and leaves you high and dry.

from memory there is a way to do this by the book.

Pretty sure I used a small set of scales (like you get for weighing your suitcases with) and stuck a ruler to the side of the head.

I had this a few times, one the keyfob was knackered and the buttons were not making proper contact, then the battery went duff too.

thanks all, the trouble I have is the not many (I think just 3) Williams were sold up here so getting hold of the calipers would have to resort going to the stealer with the KY again!!

As I am up here in Finland, and they like to rape you of your cash, I don't fancy shelling out for new calipers from the local stealer.

Do any of you know what other version of car the calipers...

If you can then that would be awesome, or I can arrange a work friend to collect if you prefer.
