Is there anyway to tell the difference between wheels that were originally fitted to a Williams and the same looking speedlines that have been painted gold at a later date?

The 3rd option is even more controversial. More primary blue than the Williams 3 exterior, but matches the speed dials, as does the white stitching and harness holes.

Oh, and its a Williams 3 I'm matching up to.
