The induction is already installed ;-)
There are vibrations around 3-4k rpm and you can hear it from the video (0:12-0:14), after 4k rpm the noise is much cleaner.

Yes, Clio 1.8 16V, 2.0 16V, 172 ph.1 and 172 ph.2, have identical front springs (two white dots), here is the proof

There isn`t everythink on the site. Like front B6, Gr.N for Williams, front Gr.N for 1.8,... They do have all this, even with the tuning option on the motorsport segment ;-)

You can also use Megane I 1.6 16V stub axels, easier and cheaper to find. The only difference with the 172 is the bearing size, the rest is the same.
It is no problem to adjust 4mm, just undo the shock absorber, pull out torsion bar on one side, lift/lower the arm for aprox. 3-5mm, and spin the torsion bar until spindles od both sides match and...
300mm discs and Brembo calipers go under 16" rim :winkey: For 15" I think 288mm is max. (depends on rim type), so 280mm is a safe way to go :)
